Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any bookings that you make on Flight-Hub are subject to the following terms and conditions:

A booking may be considered cancelled if it meets the conditions mention below:

  • The application for cancellation is done within the stipulated or specified time. Below in point 2 is a detailed explanation of stipulated time.
  • The booking allows a cancellation, that is, when cancellation is permitted on the booking
  • Users have given sufficient time to request cancellation, and for successfully executing the cancellation process. In some situations, cancellation may take 2 hours or so, in such case, cancellation is not possible as the request is placed at the end of the stipulated time.
  • Only the cancellation requests in writing are accepted or if you have got a written acceptance notification for your cancellation request, over the phone request is accepted.
  • We do not accept verbal cancellations

  • If you are cancelling on the date of travel, we won’t accept the request

Stipulated time: For travel, starting in the United States

Cancellation within 24 hours of booking- If you cancel your tickets within 24 hours following your booking time, you will get complete refund. However, the service fee portion up to 30 USD (for domestic travel) and up to 50 USD (for international travel), might be non-refundable. The service fee waiver is at the consideration of Flight-Hub.

Cancellation after 24 hours of booking- Tickets are under the cancellation policy that you accepted at the time of booking. You may have booked non-refundable tickets or maybe you will get a future credit that holds a time restriction for re-use. In some cases, you can request for a refund for cancelling your tickets, but you have to pay a cancellation fee. The right policy should be verified at the time of booking. When you book with us, you automatically confirm and accept the cancellation policy relating to your booking. You can request cancellation up to 24 hours before your departure.

For travel, starting outside United States

Same day of booking: We permit cancellation without charging any fee if you place your request by 10.00 p.m of same day of your booking because the leverage of free cancellation ends at 12.00 p.m, and we will need at least 2 hours for executing your cancellation request. However, the service fee portion up to 30 USD (for domestic travel) and up to 50 USD (for international travel), might be non-refundable. The service fee waiver is at the consideration of Flight-Hub.

After passing same calendar day of booking: Tickets are under the cancellation policy that you accepted at the time of booking. You may have booked non-refundable tickets or maybe you will get a future credit that holds a time restriction for re-use. Refund Policy

The following refund policies are applicable to all bookings done using Flight-Hub:

  • Generally, reservations made through Flight-Hub are non-refundable, if not mentioned on the air ticket booking page or specified on the confirmation email that users receive after completing the booking process.
  • You agree automatically to such policies as you make flights booking with us. You can also call our customer care and ensure the refund policy of your booking.
  • Some airlines prefer issuing a future credit less or equal the amount paid for booking instead of providing refunds for particular reservations.
  • Service fee is non-refundable which can be up to USD 30.00 on domestic flights and USD 50.00 on international flights.
  • A no show may result if travelers fail to reach the airport before the check in closure. You can’t expect any refund on such bookings. In such cases, the airline may offer waivers but it is subject to the consideration of the airline.
  • If you cancel the flight ticket booking the same day you made it (for travel starting outside USA) or within 24 hours of booking (for travel starting within USA), you will get the full refund.
  • You can claim a full refund from the airline if a schedule change of more than 8 hours occur.
  • If you need to cancel the booking because the airline has changed the flight schedule or due to natural calamity, you can seek a full refund from the airline.
  • Airline tickets booking made using coupon, discount vouchers, or credits are not subject to cash refund. They are eligible for the equal value of coupons, discount vouchers or credits.
  • After the customer submits a cancellation requires, we send an email notification. The notification does not make you eligible for a refund. It is to acknowledge your request and giving you a tracking number.
  • There is no set timeline for a refund to get back into customer’s account. The refund follows a procedure that can be different for different suppliers or different airlines. As we receive a refund request, we need to work with the airlines or consolidators for generating refunds through waivers depending on the suppliers for getting the refunds requested. Once the airline approves the refund, it may require some time for appearing on customer’s credit card statement. Generally, the entire process takes between 60 to 90 days.
  • Credit card transaction charges are not always refundable. Our merchants consider this as a non-reversible post booking charge.
  • Cancellation fees or refund charges are levied on per ticket per person
